During 2018 we appointed Richard Payne to the new post of SHEQ Manager responsible for the portfolio of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality. Richard joined us from a background in safety and compliance in the auto industry, so he is used to working to high standards as a norm.
We reported another full year of increased site activity without a RIDDOR accident and successfully maintained all of our accreditations without any major observations. This is a credit to the culture of the business – a culture that naturally takes quality and safety seriously.
We introduced a new, greener fleet and undertook a digitisation project on current process and old archives to improve our efficiency and environmental footprint.
We continue to develop our systems and processes on an ongoing basis – we operate a restless approach to learning from each and every project that we undertake.
