Aquamain (UK) Ltd does not tolerate Modern Slavery (that is slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking) which is a crime and violation of human rights.
Aquamain has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. Aquamain is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of its business dealings and relationships; implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within its own business or any of the supply chains.
The Modern Slavery Act 2015 is focused on tackling human trafficking and slavery, also ensuring that companies such as Aquamain are more transparent on their dealings with the supply chain.
Aquamain is committed to meeting these obligations and ensuring that the supply chain is also held to the same high standard.
The Directors takes full responsibility for this policy, for ensuring that it is implemented and adequate resources are provided. All staff are required to comply with the documented systems that relate to their areas of work and to actively seek to improve ways of working.
