Our back- office team are located at our head office in Shepton Mallet from where we operate our extensive field teams of regional managers, site installation crews, field supervision and our commissioning team. All teams utilise remote access digital technology.
We plan and operate our works using a cloud-based works management system that enable immediate transfer of site direction, instructions, information and records, including final GPS co-ordinates of all assets. All in real time.
Our customer service team are constantly in touch with you, ensuring that we can plan to the most up to date situations and avoid progress disruptions. This high level of ongoing collaboration means that when you hit a problem, we are there to help you solve it – there and then.
Our team of regional managers provides a further and unique level of service and interaction to ensure that whatever happens, we are working with you in adapting to the often-fluid constraints of site progress. We make things happen.
